Israeli" patrol opens fire on Lebanese border town, Lebanese Army deems it a violation of UNSCR 1701

As a result of ‘Israel's' vile violation of UNSCR 1701 by opening fire on a Lebanese border town, the Lebanese Army command issued a statement regarding the incident a violation of UNSCR 1701 whereby "an ‘Israeli' enemy patrol soldier opened fire at 10:30 am today in the direction of Lebanese soil at the border village of Odaisi."
Some shots hit a wall mounted by the Odaisi municipality which lies 20 meters from the border fence on the Lebanese side. No casualties were reported.

"The Army forces deployed in the area have reinforced their operational measures. The incident is being investigated," the statement added.
