’Israel’ Strikes 25 Hamas Positions in Gaza

Zionist occupation warplanes struck positions of the Hamas resistance movement in Gaza after Palestinian armed fighters there fired dozens of rockets and mortars at southern communities early Wednesday, the military said.
It was the biggest flare-up between both sides in weeks. However, no casualties were reported.
Meanwhile, the Zionist regime said it targeted about 25 Hamas targets overnight, claiming that they were in response to the heavy Palestinian fire.
Fawzi Barhoum, a spokesman for Hamas, praised the attacks calling them "a legitimate right that bombing is met with bombing," but did not take responsibility for them.
Tensions are high along the Gaza border after months of weekly mass rallies turned violent. 130 Palestinians were martyred by "Israeli" fire since they began.
The protests are aimed in part at drawing attention to the decade-long "Israeli"-Egyptian blockade on the territory.
