’Israeli’ Army Launches Surprise Drill near Syria Border

The "Israeli" occupation army launched a surprise drill in the occupied Golan Heights on Sunday, scheduled to take place over several days.
Commenting on the military activity, the Zionist army said there will be increased vehicular activity and explosions will be heard. Meanwhile, reserve soldiers of the occupation army were called up.
The Zionist military explained that the drill is part of the 2018 training program and is meant to maintain combat readiness.
Last week, the "Israeli" occupation Air Force conducted a four-day drill in bases across the Zionist entity.
Tensions have been high on the Golan Heights in the wake of several "Israeli" strikes in Syria.
Additionally, Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week embarked on a four-day European tour which was aimed, in his own words, to "bring about an international agreement" about an exit of Iranian forces from Syria.
