’Israeli’ Airstrike on Gaza Border Martyrs Palestinian

A Palestinian was martyred by a Zionist air strike on the Gaza border early Thursday, the Palestinian health ministry reported, as tensions increased ahead of new protests.
The ministry did not identify the martyr but said he succumbed to his wounds in Shifa Hospital in Gaza after being targeted by an "Israeli" strike near the border.
The latest incident comes after at least 17 Palestinians were martyred by Zionist occupation forces last Friday when tens of thousands gathered along the border in a protest that led to clashes.
Meanwhile, the "Israeli" apartheid regime has faced calls for an independent investigation from the European Union and United Nations chief Antonio Guterres over Friday's violence.
Palestinians protesters were fired on while posing no threat to "Israeli" soldiers.
Thousands are expected to rally along the border again on Friday.
