«Israeli» Warplanes Strike Target in Syria’s Golan Heights

The "Israeli" apartheid regime's jets had carried out an airstrike in Syria's Golan Heights, claiming that the attack was in retaliation for stray fire from Syrian fighting factions that landed inside the "Israeli" entity.
On Monday, the "Israeli" Occupation Forces [IOF] announced that it had hit a "Syrian army launcher" after a stray shell from fighting in Syria landed close to an "Israeli" fence in central Golan. Nobody was injured in either of the incidents.
Tel Aviv had targeted the region several times in recent years.
On July, the Israeli" entity hit two Syrian army targets in the Golan Heights in what it claimed was in response to stray fire from the Syrian side.
Syria said the "Israeli" regime and its Western and regional allies are aiding Takfiri militant groups operating inside the Arab country.
The Syrian army had repeatedly seized huge quantities of "Israeli"-made weapons and advanced military equipment from the foreign-backed militants inside Syria.
The "Israeli" apartheid regime seized the Golan Heights from Syria after the 1967 Six-Day War and later occupied it in a move that has never been recognized by the international community.
The "Israeli" apartheid regime has built tens of illegal settlements in the area ever since and has used the region to carry out a number of military operations against the Syrian government.
