Sayyed Nasrallah Receives Al-Maliki: ’ISIL’ Has No Future in Region

Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah received Iraqi Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, in the presence of Hizbullah Political Council member, Sheikh Mohammed Kawtharani.

The conferees tackled the recent events in the region, especially in the current stage, whether in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine.
They also discussed the challenges and threats that are facing our governments and people. The meeting further discussed the responsibilities of all religious and political leaders, in particular the Islamic and national forces the in the Arab and Islamic world.

In parallel, Sayyed Nasrallah and al-Maliki shared identical views regarding the backgrounds, goals and ways of confrontation. They also stressed the importance of exerting all the possible efforts to preserve the complete independence of every country, to prevent the sectarian seditions and to face the Takfiri movements which threaten all sides.

Moreover, the two sides also expressed their absolute confidence in the inevitability of the victory of the peoples and the government of the region in their conflict against "ISIL" terrorists who cannot have their future in any of the region al countries.
