Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened to discuss the threat so-called "Daesh" [ISIL] poses to "Israel," in a meeting in the occupied territories on Wednesday.
In the meeting, so-called "Justice" Minister Livni presented a memorandum of law which will allow "Israel" to prosecute citizens working with extremist groups like that of Daesh.
Livni said that the move would help "Israel" "defend itself in the case of terror."
The meeting in occupied Palestine took place hours ahead of US President Barack Obama's high-stakes address in which he is set to outline his plans for battling Daesh.
The meeting was attended by the top echelon of the security establishment, Shin Bet, National Security Council, Foreign Ministry representatives, so-called "Justice" Minister Tzipi Livni and Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovich, as well as Shin Bet head Yoram Cohen.
