All Palestine is Resistance!

It takes an extraordinary person to skim through the truth of the event and the truth of the pure Resistance in Gaza today, where sacrifices are huge, and where what is shown to people is the very end of the achievements only.

Nonetheless, thinking of how to prepare for those accomplishments leads us to estimate the efforts exerted to arrange the weapons used in the battle, the plans' devising and training, the patience, and the vigilance. Looking at the achievements allows ordinary people to understand that what is going on today in Gaza goes beyond Gazans themselves, even beyond their dreams and ours. This is the truth that makes the flag of the Resistance wave above all others.

By the look in the daring eyes of the Palestinians demonstrating across historic Palestine, we realize the tremendousness of the victory clinched in their mind. And, by the look at the confusion of the Palestinian police in Ramallah, al-Khalil [Herbon], and Naples, it is clear that policemen are afraid of going back home for they will not be welcomed with beams and smiles by their families. And, by the look at the "Israeli" security mobilization added to a real failure to repress the Arab street in Palestine, we sense the dimension of the defeat perceived by the "Israelis."

All this proves that the Resistance has come back as the strongest choice for the Palestinians first, and surpassed too many political rifts. Even among Fatah Movement, some officials said they would revolt against any authority that might harm the Resistance.

Moreover, in Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon, there is a climate that paves the way for brushing away the obscurity brought forth by the "insufferable spring" especially towards the Resistance: in Egypt, voices rejecting besieging the Resistance started to rise; In Syria, which has been exhausted by the war, mainly because it is the key supporter of the resistance in Lebanon and Palestine, the command does not seem to be settling its accounts with Hamas, nay, it was highly remarkable how President Bashar al-Assad confirmed, in his inaugural speech, his siding with the resistance.

In Lebanon, there is room to directly assimilate the victory of Gaza and its resistance. Just like the victory of the Resistance in July 2006 was a strength factor for the Palestinian Resistance, the steadfastness of Gazans and the Resistance in Gaza will certainly bestow blessings upon the Resistance in Lebanon. Gaza's resistance will make it more difficult for the enemy to consider another offensive on Lebanon. Furthermore, we can imagine that any hostility will need a totally unwise "Israeli" leader. Gaza's lessons today leads to think that the time of the enemy's supremacy is about to vanish.

But there is another perspective that has to do with the rearrangement of the house of the Resistance in Lebanon and Palestine. It is a step that requires an initiative that is now in the hands of he who has the final word. It will be an occasion to clarify all the ambiguities that have prevailed for the past two years. In Palestine there is a Resistance that no one is entitled to question and that does not want anybody to open unleashed fronts for its sake.

All what it seeks is not to have anybody conspiring against it. It is today in the same position where Lebanon's Resistance was back in July 2006. Perhaps this battle would open the doors to discussions that would lead to a more reasonable confrontation to the existing sectarian madness. He who is against the Resistance in Lebanon because it is Shiite conspires against the Resistance in Palestine albeit it is Sunnite. All the insane who talk about the religious and sectarian dimension in their battles and rivalries are now in front of an acid test because the Resistance has become the real examination of all plotters against our nation, from regimes, governments, states, and political groups.

Yesterday and today, all Palestine is saying yes to the Resistance. As to us, in Lebanon and Syria, our Palestinian blood needs to validation! In frank terms, Palestine's Resistance has become higher than all the powers, ideas, and dogmas. It is certainly beyond criticism. Like it or lump it!
