The former Syrian Defense Minister Gen. Ali Habib denied all media claims that talked about his alleged trip to Turkey or France.
In remarks to al-Ahed news, Habib said: "Losers are those who seek to tarnish my reputation in my last years."
Gen. Habib further told al-Ahednews correspondent, Hussein Murtada, "Brother Hussein ...We were born and brought up here in the Syrian Arab Army School and we will die here in Syria."
"We were brought up and graduated in the school of the late President Hafez al-Assad, who taught us loyalty to the homeland," he added, and confirmed that "claims of the external opposition do not even deserve a response."
In parallel, the General highlighted "They will neither deceive this great people, nor get from our will."
"We have no way but victory," Habib emphasized.
It is worth mentioning that media had claimed during the past weeks that Gen. Ali Habib left Damascus to Ankara and later to Paris, as part of the psychological and continuous war against Syria and its people.
