Two polls showed Saturday that most of the French people oppose military intervention in Syria.


France: 2 Out of 3 Oppose Military Intervention in SyriaThe French Le Parisien newspaper said in a poll published that two out of three French oppose any military intervention against Syria by an international ally including France.

In the same context, 58% of the French people feared of any military act led by France against Syria, according to another poll conducted by the French [PFA] Poll Agency.

The poll said that 74 percent of them were concerned over the repercussions of the military intervention in Syria and the Middle East.

Meanwhile, British activists vowed to mobilize thousands of demonstrators at the streets of the British capital London by the end of this week at the time when they escalate their protests in rejection of any possible military aggression on Syria.
The World Peace Council strongly condemned the US and its allies plan to launch an aggression on Syria.

In parallel, the Syrian and Arab communities in the United States in cooperation with US activists kicked off "Hands off Syria" activity.
The event aims at sending a strong message to the US in rejection of any intervention in Syria.
