7 civilians were killed and 30 others injured on Monday night as a preliminary toll to the wired car explosion near a gas station in Homs.

In parallel, al-Ahed News website learnt that "a group of armed militants committed a massacre to civilians in al-Doueir north Homs while trying to sneak into the area to retrieve al-Waar meadows that the Syrian Army recently controlled."

Moreover, the source pointed out, "The Syrian Army units hindered attempts of the militants sneaking into the area, and clashes resulted in killing and injuring many armed men, while others fled to the North."
