Earlier, the special correspondent of the Russian State Broadcasting Company VGTRK, Anastasia Popova said she had submitted to the UN Secretariat the video materials she had filmed during one of her recent trips to the country.

The chemical attack on Aleppo, specifically Khan al-Asal distric, in March 19, 2013 killed 25 people and people subject to the chemical agent "Sarin", known as a nerve agent, had difficulty breathing. Sarin, at even low concentrations, can be fatal, and death may follow in one minute after direct ingestion of a lethal dose unless antidotes are quickly administered.
