Organizer of the ‘Mariam' Ship, Mrs. Samar Al Haj told moqawama.org that the two aid ships are still set to sail very soon from Lebanon to Gaza, unlike what some Lebanese media sources reported.

"It is an honor to see some media outlets fight our plight, as this proves our success. The Ships are still bound to sail very soon, sooner than expected and we have nothing to fear." Al Haj said.

Earlier this morning, Lebanese media sources reported that the sailing of the Lebanese ships to Gaza has been postponed till further notice.

Media sources also reported that "the delay" takes place particularly after Iran cancelled sending two aid ships to the "Israeli"-blockaded enclave, which is also misleading information on the Iranian ships, as Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammad Rida Shibani denied the claim that "his country retreated from its decision to send aid ships to Gaza," emphasizing that, "the plan to send non-governmental aid ships is still considered."
