He called on the Arab League and international community to intervene and break the siege. "Over more than 80% of the population are living below the poverty line and more than a million people are living on assistance, isn't that enough to wake you up", he said.
Dr. Jamal moved on to the importance of the plan of reconstruction, and the possibility of developing the society of Gaza in matters of education, health, and working services. "We need loads of industry and construction materials, and we will get them soon", he said.

He added that the victims of the siege are increasing day by day due to the lack of medicine and the overcrowd in hospitals. "A large number of patients need departure, dozensbh of medical devices are disabled, and the occupation prevents the entry of any new equipment", he said with a loud tone.

Moving on to the state of education, he said that the education is very bad, Gaza is in need of building 200 schools to accommodate all the students, yet it was stalled due to the ongoing blockade. "They Zionists think that they can put us down by pressure, but our perseverance is made of metal", he added.

Dr. Jamal noted that there's a great movement occurring in the International and Arab world. "The European public opinion is changing and the picture is starting to become clear after it was blurred.

He assured that the blockade will end soon, "Today the leaders of the occupation are being prosecuted and their ambassadors are being expelled, isn't that a sign of victory?, he asked.

He said that all the people who came to Gaza left with a painful tear and felt the responsibility of delivering the message of helping the Palestinians.

Dr. Jamal moved on to talk about the strength of the Palestinians, "These people are tough and determined, they will never go down", he said.

He expressed how proud he felt every time he saw the rage, power and persistence in the eyes of the families that faced great losses, especially the Sammouri family, a family that lost most of its men, women, and children during the Gaza war. "This shows that victory is on its way", he said.

"Our people not only deserve peace, but they deserve a decent life that could some how cool down the pain of their everlasting wounds", he said.

Dr. Jamal ended by moving on once again to the stage of reconstruction saying, "There are many Arab and international organizations that have contributed to reconstructing Gaza, but we are still so far away from the basic requirements".
