We never lose people we love, even after death. Great people leave indelible imprints in our hearts and in every step we take in life. The Heros and leaders of Hizbullah such as Sayyed Abbas Moussawi, Sheikh Ragheb Harb and Hajj Imad Moghniyyeh, not only did they leave permanent imprints, but they left us a sanctified path that will lead every nation to paradise.

"Let today embrace the Past with Remembrance and the Future with Longing"- Gibran Khalil Gibran.

On Tuesday the 16th of February 2010, Hizbullah held a ceremony for the annual commemoration of the anniversary of the martyrdom of its leaders Sayyed Abbas Moussawi, Sheikh Ragheb Harb and Hajj Imad Moghniyyeh.

The ceremony was held at the Sayyed Shuhada complex in the southern suburbs of Beirut. The attendance included the State Minister Adnan Sayyed Hussien representing President Michel Sleiman and MP Ali Hasan Khalil representing Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, and various political and national forces, as well as many delegations from different Arab countries.

The ceremony started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and was followed by the Lebanese anthem and Hizbullah's anthem.

Ragheb Harb Jr. started by giving a speech on behalf of the martyrs' families. A musical mural under the name of "Mural Victory" was
performed on the theme of resistance and victory.

Last but not least, Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah delivered a speech via video link.

Enthusiasm filled the air, people where agitated and over whelmed by the commemoration. Thousands were gathered and united to present their loyalty to the resistance and the path of the martyrs. They listened and watched with enchantment.

As usual Sayyed Hassan always pours the juice of revolution into the people's hearts as the scent of his honor and dignity spreads throughout the complex.

Despite the distance, and despite being behind a screen, His eminence always has the fire that lightens up our souls and keeps us warm in the dark.

Politicians were smiling with pride and clapping with joy.

At the end of the commemoration Ghaleb Kandil, member of the national press council was walking with extreme satisfaction as bliss
filled his eyes, he said that this day represents a unique experience that presented a reality that will demolish any attack by the enemy.

He continued, "Too bad some Lebanese give stances that represent an echo of the countries that support the Zionists, they should wake up and realize that our country would've vanished had it not been for the Resistance."

Ghaleb added that Lebanon is strong with the presence of the Resistance, he said: " To those who don't know the value of Resistance, they should open their eyes wide to the reality and understand that the "Israeli" fears to approach due to the blessed power in Lebanon.

He continued that the Resistance was able to liberate this Land and conquer the hardest attacks, and it is a certainty that is growing stronger and it isn't set for any debate.

A delegation coming from Khartoum, representing their country Sudan, were standing in front of the stage and taking pictures with great happiness. One of the members of the delegation Ali Mustapha said: " This is a genuine and sincere expression of a nation that understood its direction, and is struggling with all their might to defend their case and put the enemy down."

He added that the people of resistance are exceptional for they are attached to the land in an absurd way, he said: " I am more than excited to be among these people that fill our hearts with delight and conceit."

A couple of meters ahead, a Bahraini group was laughing and looking around with astonishment, one of them said: " I can't believe I'm here, standing on a revered ground that was attacked and yet remained strong. It is a dream come true."

He said that the victory of the 33 day war was a victory to all the Arabs, he felt pity for those who still doubt the importance of the weapon of resistance. " Those people are cowards, how can they accept the fact of being slaves for the "Israelis" and Americans?.", he added.

He hoped that Arabs would unite one day in order to face the enemy with more might and power.

The commemoration ended and people walked out of the complex yet with different features on their faces, they left with a better of hope of the future, and a stronger spirit to defeat the enemy. They were refreshed after hearing the words of their great leader.

Beautifully written words of impeccability

The writing in this piece is filled with inspiration of such an awesome and talented writer. Reading sentences such as “We never lose people we love, even after death. Great people leave indelible imprints in our hearts and in every step we take in life.” AND “As usual Sayyed Hassan always pours the juice of revolution into the people's hearts as the scent of his honor and dignity spreads throughout the complex. Despite the distance, and despite being behind a screen, His eminence always has the fire that lightens up our souls and keeps us warm in the dark.” Sarah Ibrahim’s writing in this article surely sends shockwaves to the hearts of those readers who revere and honor Hezbollah and its society. You can tell that she obtains a true and sincere passion for Hezbollah and the oppressed people I send my flowers to the honored martyrs (f) (f) (f). I hope to read more of Sara Ibrahim's articles again and again. Keep up the excellent work with the writing and display of photos. :)
