Hizbulah Secretary General H.E. Sayyed Nasrallah Meets Head of PSP Jumblatt

Hizbullah Secretary General H. E. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah held a meeting with Head of the Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt, in presence of the latter's son Taymour Jumblatt, Minister Akram Shoheib, and Hizbullah Liason Officer Hajj Wafiq Safa.

Both sides reviewed the developments on the local and regional levels, in addition to reviewing the prospects of this phase in light of increasing "Israeli" threats against Lebanon and Syria.

In addition, they assured the importance of national unity and internal cohesion in face of these threats, especially that the enemy lurks our country and region.

The two asserted that this requires uniting efforts and reinforcing capabilities between Lebanon and Syria, in order to confront the "Israeli" escalations.

During the meeting, the two parties stressed the importance of dialogue in the different internal files which enhances a calm and stable atmosphere in the country.

Bilateral-relations between the two parties was also discussed during the meeting, where both agreed on holding more similar meetings in order to reinforce the natural relation on the factional as well as the popular level.
