Between Biden and al-Jubeir...the Destructive Project
Maan Hameyah
A few days ago the Saudi Minister of the royal palace Adel al-Jubeir announced to the American "CNN" that: "we can look into the possibility of sending special forces into Syria". One day after al-Jubeir's comments, US Vice President Joe Biden expressed during a joint press conference with Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu readiness for a military solution in Syria in the event of the failure of a political solution. Is there any correlation between the two announcements?
The White House was quick to repudiate Biden's statement, explaining that his comments were referring to military action in Syria against "Daesh" exclusively. The royal court in Riyadh did not issue any clarification on the announcement by al-Jubeir, and this is normal according to observers, as the United States of America is a state of institutions, and our stances that are opposed to its policies in the region does not mean it is not a major power. Meanwhile, there are kingdoms that are still on the "quasi-states" list, which do not have institutions, but rather have the "diwans" of princes and their guards.
In any event, the premise that there is a correlation between the announcements of al-Jubeir and Biden cannot be overlooked, both of which talked about military intervention in Syria. What is the nature of this correlation and synchronization?
Those who know the nature of the relationships and links of the Saudi minister Adel al-Jubeir assert that this person was not to assume his current position, if it were not for the presence of an influential power who put him in this position, [a position] which is usually reserved for princes, and closed in the face of guards.
Those well-informed on the matter assert that the presence of al-Jubeir in the United States as ambassador to Saudi Arabia over the span of nine years [2006 2015], enabled him to establish a wide network of relations with all sides, especially with the "neo-conservatives", and many organizations and lobbies. Keeping in mind that al-Jubeir did not begin weaving a network of relationships and strengthen connections from 2006, but prior to that by twenty years, ever since he was appointed by former Saudi ambassador to Washington Bandar bin Sultan as a contracted employee at the embassy in 1986. It is said that Bandar bin Sultan tied his links to several sides, and he use to rely on him for many tasks.
Al-Jubeir spent 30 years in Washington as a staff member and ambassador before begin appointed as the foreign minister, long enough to make this person well-experienced to perform his duties, and to translate US policies and directions, which do not move one iota out of line of the "Israeli" interest.
As for the US Vice-President Joe Biden, he is well-known for his absolute support for "Israel". In the same year that Adel al-Jubeir was appointed ambassador, as a member of the US Congress, Biden announced his plan to divide Iraq into three regions, drawing through this plan bases and seditious points of conflict, that are both sectarian based on ethnicity. Coinciding with Biden's proposal of his plan to divide Iraq was the "Israeli" war on Lebanon, backed by the US, Western states, and Saudi Arabia, and aimed at the liquidation of the resistance. The elimination of the resistance in Lebanon was a compulsory passage way through which pressure could continue to be mounted on Syria - pressure which had begun in 2004 with 1559 - so that it could be entirely cancelled from regional equations. Because it is the main state that hosts the resistance, and it stands as a strong barrier in the face of the planned liquidation of the Palestinian issue.
In the July 2006 war, "Israel", the whole Biden-al-Jubeir axis, and their Lebanese tools, were unable to achieve their dreams and goals by liquidating the resistance. The resistance fighters, who were called "adventurers", produced a resounding victory and inflicted defeat upon the enemy, through their heroism and power, and the Syrian support. Because the war in July 2006 revealed a lot of the faces that had conspired, the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad made no mistake when he made the statement of "pseudo men".
Joe Biden has laid out in his plan to divide Iraq, the pinnacle of the scheme of sedition in the region, and the "Arab Spring" is not isolated from this context, as via it terrorism was introduced as a main element for implementing the project of fragmentation and sedition.
Although Biden's past has witnessed him being treated twice in 1988, through the dilation of blood vessels in the brain, whereby he was prevented from carrying out his work in the Congress of seven months, yet his plan to divide [the region] formed the core of US policies. The US administration is committed to a Kurdish statelet in northern Iraq, and it deals with this region independently of Iraq, such that the international coalition led by Washington stopped the advance of "Daesh" towards this region. For this reason, the White House clarification of Biden's comments may not be a form of blame, but rather due to tactical and political requirements.
During Biden's past, he declared the truth before Harvard University students in 2014, when he said that "Turkey and other states in the region provided support to terrorist groups in Syria, including the Daesh organisation". A truth which he immediately apologized for [revealing], by contacting Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan!
Today, the Biden statement from Ankara "to prepare a military solution in Syria" certainly carries the threat of a "destructive character", as described by a Russian diplomatic source.
Hence, between the statements of Biden and al-Jubeir is a link, which is no doubt a threat to escalate and intervene - and they are both involved through their support of terrorism - and the purpose behind these threats is to rally up the alliance of terrorism, at a time when Syria holds the military initiative on the ground, reaching the edges of territory that was taken away from it, recapturing Salma and Rabia, and tightening the noose on al-Bab and Jisr al-Shoghour. It also comes at a time when the Russian Federation holds the political initiative, whereby preparations for "Geneva 3" without terrorism is underway, aimed at achieving a political solution to the Syrian crisis.
Between Biden and al-Jubeir is one relationship, fixed on the project of fragmentation and strife, and within the scope of this project, the Turkish Ahmet Davutoglu and the Ambassador of Riyadh in Baghdad, and many others, spew out sectarian poisons that are in the interests of "Daesh" and "Israel".
