Saudi Normalization with ’Israel’: Turki Al-Faisal to Meet Zionist Security Official!

As part of the continuous normalization with the "Israeli" apartheid entity, Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal is scheduled to meet the so-called former "Israeli" "National" Security Advisor Yaakov Amidror in Washington next month.

According to the "Israeli" Walla news, the two are scheduled to attend the so-called "Peace and security in the Middle East" council hosted by the Washington Institute for Near East Policy [WINEP] on May 5.

Prince Turki, was the Saudi kingdom's intelligence minister between 1977-2001 and currently heads the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies in Riyadh.

The meeting comes against the back drop of a recent agreement between Egypt and Saudi which redrafts maritime boundaries in the Red Sea with Egypt returning two islands in the Straits of Tiran to Saudi.

"Israeli" War Minister Moshe Ya'alon earlier this month said that Tel Aviv's freedom of passage in the Straits of Tiran has been guaranteed in a document ensuring Saudi Arabia's commitment to the terms of the Egypt-"Israel" treaty.

In recent years, Turki has met with several high ranking "Israelis", including former Intelligence chief Amos Yadlin in 2014 and last June with the newly appointed director of "Israel's" foreign ministry Dore Gold.

Turki and Gold attended a meeting in Washington with high-level Saudi representatives to discuss the agreement between world powers and Iran about its nuclear program.
